These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Quad Film PH website and any products or services you request from us, including Clear Paint Protection Film (Pro Series, Elite Series, Elite Matte Series, Supreme Series, Ultimate Series) and Signature Series installations. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes provided through this website or by email are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change after a physical inspection of your vehicle. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before installation begins. Prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice.
Submitting a quote request through this site does not reserve an installation slot. Our team will follow up with a tailored quote and, once you confirm, coordinate a schedule with you directly. Installation timelines vary depending on vehicle size, condition and the product selected.
Applicable product warranties (where offered) cover manufacturing defects such as bubbling, peeling, or yellowing under normal use, for the period stated at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper washing or chemicals, unauthorized tinting/film removal, or normal wear and tear.
Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing paint damage, prior tint or film work, or mechanical issues before installation. Quad Film PH is not liable for pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work, or for items left inside the vehicle during service.
Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements will be communicated when your quote is confirmed. Full payment is generally due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
